IMATE JAMA HARD RESETTING

1) Start->Settings->System tab->Master Clerar->1234->ok


2)Press soft-reset for 15sec.


3)Remove the battery, Simultaneously hold volume(-) button 
and red hangup button, while still holding those keys, 
insert the battery and wait for the led to go out, 
release keys and device will hard reset.
